Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, 2+ PQE – Nottinghamshire – New opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a well established and growing practice in Nottinghamshire! 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Nottinghamshire
SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
You will become a fundamental member of the residential property team, handing the full spectrum of residential property matters from instruction through to completion including registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold, property sale or purchase, shared ownership and equity, transfers of equity, right to buy and newbuilds and plots. Liaising with colleagues who are experienced within their field, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge in a reputable practice, whilst continuously strengthening your technical skills. The role is an opportunity to provide efficient and quality service to your clients, within a supportive working environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Residential Conveyancing Lawyer will have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE and will have a strong working knowledge of residential property law. You will be diligent, reliable and dependable, consistently achieving and delivery a high-quality service to your client base. You will work comfortably within a team but equally thrive working independently handling your own busy caseload. The client is looking for an individual who will show strong technical competence, self-motivation and enthusiasm as a significant addition to their growing team.
