The Role:

You will join one of the UK's leading Commercial teams in the firm's Manchester office.

You can expect to take the lead on key client projects and play a vital role in the team's long-term growth. Work is varied and exciting, and includes sponsorship agreements, Ts&Cs, SaaS agreements, outsourcing, and marketing contracts, to name just a few pieces of work.

The opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise in sectors and work of interest. Clients are major international PLCs and you will be a valuable extension of their in-house teams.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer between 2 - 5 years PQE
• Comfortable handling your own matters and leading on client relationships
• Experience gained in a respected city or regional law firm, or equivalent in-house legal team
• Have a commercial drive and desire to develop & progress
