Commercial Solicitor, Hampshire – An opportunity to undertake a most exciting and challenging position.
JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Southampton
SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
This established practice is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to develop strong working relationships with both clients and third parties. The successful candidate will assist with a range of cases handled by the commercial team, including negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts, drafting data protection and privacy policies, advising on IP licensing contracts, IP provisions in commercial agreements, R&D contracts and a variety of cloud related work. You will work with the full remit of clients, from start-ups to advising well-known names across a broad spectrum of industries.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and a 2:1 or higher degree is preferred. Being familiar with the telecoms and technology sectors would be an advantage.
