Case Executive - Conveyancing (Home Working)

This role is 100% remote, meaning you have the opportunity to work anywhere from within the UK.
The Role:
As a result of organic growth and investment, the firm now requires a Property Paralegal with a background in residential conveyancing to join their Remortgage team. You will be given the training and development to process Remortgage files from case opening to the registration of the charge.
After full training, you can expect to be able to:

• Conduct a full title check of the office copies to establish what is involved in the remortgage
• Approaching completion, ensure that requests for funds are done promptly in line with client SLA's
• Ensure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees, and on completion, funds are sent to the correct place

Requirements:

• six months of experience as a Property Paralegal in residential conveyancing
• The ability to work from home (equipment/training provided)
