THE FIRM
A long established firm with a strong litigation focus.
THE ROLE
To identifying and developing high value, specific opportunities for the Tax Litigation department, with a primary focus on driving litigation opportunities between commercial parties (misselling, professional negligence, fraud etc.) and litigation opportunities against HMRC in direct taxes.
The candidate will have responsibility for presenting the opportunities to the Head of Department, and subsequently for preparing materials and jointly presenting the opportunities to the firm's internal investment committee with the support of the Head of Department and other partners in the team.
ABOUT YOU
You will have at least 10PQE as a tax litigation specialist and be loking to develop your career into this new and interesting angle.
Possibly be working as a PSL currently in Tax Litigation.
The successful candidate will have a deep technical background in tax litigation.
