Our client is a leading housing provider.
THE ROLE
A Head of Governance & Compliance is now sought to lead a team comprising a Data Protection Manager, Governance Manager & Governance Officer
As a trusted adviser to the Board Members and Executive Team on corporate governance you will be a efficient manager of the corporate governance framework including the charity governance and company secretariat.
You will be responsible for the corporate compliance assurance for data protection and regulatory standards,
ABOUT YOU
Able to work autonomously with a high degree of accountability and responsibility, the successful candidate will be able to lead and with minimal supervision deliver an important corporate function.
An experienced company secretarial/governance professional, likely to be a solicitor and/or fully qualified ICSA, you will possess the ability to build trusted and effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
You should have knowledge of the housing sector and experience of governance requirements in relation to housing associations or another regulated sector and be familiar with the principles of data protection law and best practice.
