A fantastic new opportunity has come up for a qualified or non-qualified conveyancer to join a leading law firm based in Newton-le-Willows. Offering a great salary, negotiable depending on experience, completely remote working and fantastic career progression and development, this role is perfect for any conveyancer with at least 1 years' experience in conveyancing fee earning.

The role would see you responsible for:

• Handling your own varied conveyancing from inception to completion, including, sales/purchases, freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, new builds, remortgage etc...
• Liaising with clients throughout the conveyancing process, keeping them informed and giving them advice where required
• Ensuring that all matters are completed in both an efficient and timely manner
• Assist senior staff with growing and developing the department, and ensuring that junior members of staff are supported throughout

Ideally you will be a conveyancer/conveyancing fee earner with at least 1 years' experience handling your own conveyancing caseload. Having a professional qualification (e.g. CLC, SRA or ILEX) is not required, with your experience and attitude as a conveyancer being far more important. You will have good experience across a wide range of conveyancing, as stated above, and be confident in your ability to deal with all manner of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
