The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Contentious Probate Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a driven individual, keen to advise and support clients on a range of complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
• You will have a diverse caseload, including contentious Court of Protection matters, Trust disputes, Inheritance Act disputes, Wills litigation and Estate & Beneficiary disputes
• As an Associate, you will also work closely alongside the firm's head of department, with exposure to some of the most high-value disputes in the region

• A qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor with 1 years PQE+
