Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading firm in Banbury. Our client is currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor, who has recently or is about to qualify, to join its established and growing Private Client team based in Banbury.

The firm takes a commercial approach and provides practical, solutions-orientated and creative advice. It acts for a broad range of clients including an array of nationwide estates work.

The ideal candidate (NQ - 3-years’ PQE) will have the opportunity to increase their legal knowledge in the following areas: 

• Wills and Probate
• Estate Administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning
• Elderly Client Advice

You will have the opportunity to become an expert within a noted private client practice and become adept at providing high quality legal support to your clients.

You will also possess excellent legal analysis, drafting, inter-personal and communication skills (verbal and written), be commercially aware and able to interact effectively with clients to prioritise their work in order to fulfil their objectives.

Salary is £36000 – £48,0000 + exceptional benefits package.
