Job description: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join a reputable private firm with multiple offices around the UK.
We are looking for experienced Litigation Locums to work on a remote basis for 3-6 months.
The successful candidate will be able to autonomously handle a busy caseload consisting of:
- Defended and pursued money claims;
- Contract performance / service issues;
- Property disputes
Experience in the below is also preferable:
- Product liability matters;
- Defamation;
- Discrimination; and
- Fraud
Hourly rate: £40-50
