We are working with a leading player in the Asset management and Investment management fields, who are looking to hire an experienced ISDA and master agreements negotiator to join their legal team.
The role:
- Draft and negotiate a range of master documents, particularly ISDAs, GMRAs & Repos, MRAs, CSAs and more.
- Provide advice and assistance with product-related queries, particularly OTC Derivatives, clearing products, and forward bonds.
- Assist and advise on a host of regulatory queries, to the business and legal teams.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have at least 5 years' experience negotiating ISDAs and other master agreements.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and highly effective communication skills.
- Ideally has some experience working within a buy-side or asset management firm.
- Must be a qualified lawyer, PQE levels can vary.
