JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 2 + years
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000

THE ROLE:
The selected Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own caseload with support (all fee earners are allocated their own support staff). Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership including staircasing, lease extensions and dealing with new build matters including help to buy.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be results driven and ideally have experience of handling matters in leasehold enfranchisement and equity release, although this is not essential. A minimum of 2 years’ experience of residential conveyancing is essential.
