Residential Property Lawyer – 1+ PQE – Suffolk - £DOE – An established law firm in a beautiful historic market town is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to undertake a full and varied caseload of residential transactions and play a key role in developing the team.  Job Ref:8717

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Property Lawyer will be dealing with their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The role will cover all aspects of residential property including re-mortgages, new build, shared ownership, registered and unregistered land as well as freehold and leasehold matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Open to hearing from experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who have a strong track record in covering the broad remit of residential property from initial instruction through to completion. You will be confident in dealing with your own caseload of matters be able to work effectively as part of a time and also independently.
