Berkshire based law firm is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join them on part-time basis, 3 days per week. This is to cover a holiday leave, and will last 2 months.

Description
As a residential conveyancer you will be expected to advise on the following matters;
- Buying and selling of Freehold and Leasehold Property
- New Build Homes
- Property sold and purchased through Auction
- Shared Ownership Leases
- Social Housing purchases
- Remortgages/Further Advances
- Transfers of Equity
- Equity Release Mortgages
- Leasehold extensions/enfranchisement
Profile
The successful residential conveyancer will be a qualified solicitor or CILEX solicitor, who is available to start a new role on short notice.
