A specialist Personal Injury law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner / Team Leader to join the firm as a Sales Team Leader. This is a rare opportunity to offer guidance and support to the staff, generate new business opportunities and push the business growth to the next level.

Duties include
- Manage a small team of specialist administration staff
- Manage holidays, sickness, on boarding and leavers
- Work with the employees to set realistic Objectives and PDPs
- Generate new business opportunities, sales, business development
- Account management with current clients – account growth and maintenance
- Agree best deal/pricing with sub-contractors
- General office management duties
- Working closely with the director to grow the business and the brand.
