The firm are a very well known name nationally providing a multitude of legal services with many of their teams recognised across their respective industry as class leading.
The team in Southampton team is regularly instructed by regional players, national companies and international corporations alike. MBOs, reorganisations, and liquidation demergers all fall under the team's remit. With expert lawyers providing support and advice from start-up (including assisting with structuring options), through to M&A, management transactions, development funding, restructuring, capital reductions and private equity funding.
The role will involve working within a fast paced team providing key support across a broad range of corporate transactions and advice to a list of exciting client names from a variety of industry sectors.
The team provides excellent training and support and would suit an experienced paralegal, seeking a role within a large multi-site team offering access to quality clients and the opportunity to develop your career further in a modern forward thinking firm with a genuine focus on personal wellbeing, making use innovative technology and promoting a non-hierarchical structure.
