THE ROLE
The firm's real estate team is looking for an additional commercial property lawyer with excellent academics, and with experience gained at a recognised property law firm.
ABOUT YOU
A commercial real estate lawyer with 4-7PQE, you will have a particular focus on development work including experience of site assembly, development agreements, conditional sale contracts and options as well as with financing and disposals.
Experience of development work in any sector is of interest, but in particular in relation to mixed use developments and urban regeneration.
