A great new opportunity has come up at a leading Personal Injury firm based in Liverpool for an experienced Law Costs Assistant. Offering a fantastic salary of up to £23,000 and great opportunities for career development and progression, this role is perfect for Costs Assistants with at least 1 years' experience.

This role will see you responsible for:

• Assisting the Costs Draftsman with all aspects of their caseloads
• Work to ensure that all damages and costs are received on time and within a specific timeframe
• Work on and deal with fixed costs disputes as your own caseload
•  Ensure that the Costs and Accounts team is supported and provided good and efficient assistance

Ideally, you will be a Law Costs Assistant with at least 1 years' experience within this area of law. You will be confident in your knowledge of Costs and your ability to handle a multitude of matters relating to these cases. Ideally you will have experience dealing with your own fixed costs matters and be confident in your ability to handle these independently.
