Salaried Partner - West Midlands
£75,000 - £90,000
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Salaried Partner to join their exceptional Catastrophic Injury team dealing with Complex, Serious and Catastrophic injury claims.
As a brief background our client is a prestigious award winning law firm who are innovative and forward-thinking, offering great career prospects with a focus on high-quality work. They hold an excellent reputation for providing first class service for its clients working closely with the likes of Headway and Child Brain Injury Trust.
The Role
You will help to build and manage a varied caseload of high value multi-track Catastrophic Injury claims including brain injury, head injury, spinal injury, fatal, amputation, cycling, etc. You will have excellent client management skills and will have had significant experience operating at client facing level, whilst developing long term relationships and networks with both local businesses and clients. You will also need leadership skills to support other team members.
The Candidate
Ideally you will be 10+ years PQE gained a top regional or national firm, with a profile in the marketplace through APIL as a specialist. It would be preferred if you have had experience within business development and building relationships in order to derive a consistent influx of work within the Midlands.
This role would suit either an ambitious Senior Associate Solicitor who is looking to take the next step up in their career to Partner or, alternatively, a more established, experienced lawyer who is already in partnership but looking to join a dynamic and modern practice.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a modern law firm, and have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly, and we anticipate that you will be given opportunities not normally available to them in other practices. You will also work for a leading firm which encourages homeworking as a flexible employer.
