A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a brand new Compensation Analyst to join the global team, working within a team of 5 to seamlessly provide support for both Attorney and Professional staff compensation.  This role offers a 2 / 3 day agile working split, along with a salary of up to £50,000 plus great benefits.

 

Responsibilities for the new Compensation Analyst will include supporting the administration of professional staff, case assistant, paralegal, Science Advisor, and attorney increase and bonus processes, participating in the design of compensation programs and processes, preparing spreadsheets and reports to support compensation team and client needs for compensation information and analysis,  assisting with development of compensation related training initiatives and drafting communications, complete salary surveys to support the firm’s critical and robust benchmarking process  – collaborate with HR colleagues and internal clients to determine information used to complete surveys; maintain schedules and monitor due dates to ensure survey participation deadlines are met, playing a key role in ensuring data integrity of compensation information in the Workday HRIS and other compensation systems, e.g. auditing information related to salary, FLSA, titles; frameworks, salary ranges, job profiles, teaming with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, Benefits and HR Operations teams to achieve desired outcomes and produce data to support business needs, making updates to Workday, MarketPay and CompXL systems for compensation related changes where appropriate, create documentation for compensation administration and processes, create automated compensation notices for salary changes and bonuses.

 

The successful Compensation Analyst needs to be educated at degree level, with a minimum of 2 years Compensation/Reward experience within a law firm or professional services organisation, in addition to having hands-on experience using a HRIS (ideally Workday) – in addition to have excellent written, communication and organisation skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £50,000 on offer.
