Junior Legal Counsel, Investment Manager

Our client is a US asset manager with a mid-sized London office based in the heart of the West End.   A vacancy has arisen for junior lawyer to taken on a varied investment management role.  As an integral part of the team your diverse role will focus on IMAs, trading agreements and funds.

With approximately 1-3 years' pqe you will have a background in ISDA/trading agreements, IMAs or funds gained in a well-respected law firm or an in-house setting.  You will be a team player with strong communications skills, able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.  Most important is that you have the right attitude and aptitude to learn quickly as the senior lawyers in the team will work with you to train you up in the areas where you don’t already have expertise.
