The Role
- Opportunity for an ambitious Banking Solicitor to join an expanding team in Manchester
- Work within a team with exceptional experience and great quality work
- The team advise lenders and borrows on acquisition finance, asset based lending, general corporate lending, project finance, real estate finance and structured finance

The Candidate
- NQ-5 PQE
- The ideal candidate will have experience of real estate finance(both investment and development deals), corporate financings and leveraged finance transactions
- Strong academic record
- From a strong regional, national or international firm
