Sellick Partnership are currently working with a highly reputable law firm based in London where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote, locum basis.
Your New Role
The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will supporting the partners with more complex corporate and commercial work and supervising the more junior members of the team working within the following areas of work:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate Finance
- Corporate Advisory
- Private Equity
- Joint Ventures
- Reorganisations
- Insolvency and Reconstruction
- Terms & Conditions
- GDPR Advice
- Supply Agreements
- Franchise Agreements
- Secured and Unsecured Lending
- General banking matters
About You
The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will have 5+ years' experience running Corporate and Commercial matters. They should have strong corporate experience with evidence of working on complex transactions and experience of working with larger clients, and will have experience in supervising junior members.
