Long established, multi office high street practice seeks Residential Property Solicitor to lead a small team of Support Staff.
The Firm
Our client is a long-established high-street practice that upholds a strong reputation in Hertfordshire acer.
They are seeking a capable Residential Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join their busy and successful team in Hertfordshire and lead at the forefront of an established team of support staff.
The Opportunity
The CQS Accredited department is busy and will offer a consistent stream of instructions from the firms' loyal client base of private individuals, estate agents and mortgage brokers. You will work in a collaborative environment with full secretarial/paralegal support.
The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in Residential Property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds. Although not essential, light commercial experience (shop leases, small unit sales) will be advantageous.
This role would suit an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer seeking an opportunity to join a family friendly high street practice that offers good quality work and a welcoming team environment.
Requirements
- Experience commensurate to that of 3 years PQE +
- The ability to generate new business
- Experience in handling and broad range of Residential Property work
