NQ Solicitor /Paralegal

My client, who is a legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Paralegal to join their Commercial Property Team. This role is full time in their Cambridge office.

The Role:

• The role will suit someone who has excellent people skills and who is looking to become the master of their career within a well-established firm.

Requirements & Candidate:

• Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
• Team player with a strong client focussed approach.
• Energetic, commercially minded innovative professional.
• A clear desire to become a true expert in the commercial field.
• Understand the property development industry.
• The role will be focused on residential ‘plot’ sales, aiding property developers in selling their newly built properties.
• You will be working closely with the senior team in the set-up and acquisition of development properties.
• Aiding in drafting leases and buying and selling commercial properties.
