Role Overview
As Senior Legal Counsel you'll support the business on a variety of legal matters including;
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts
- Liaising and offering advice to internal stakeholders
- Making informed decisions on what action is both legally and commercially beneficial
Most importantly this role will require an experienced lawyer who has managerial experience; you'll have junior and trainee lawyers reporting directly into you and so it is essential that you're confident taking on this responsibility.
About You:
Ideally you will have between 5-8 PQE within a fast-paced environment, either in-house or in private practice with secondment experience. We'd love to see your innovative spirit and collaborative communication style as the team are all engaging and truly personable!
This role will be hybrid with 3 days in the office situated in West London.
