Patent Paralegal

I am partnered with one of the UK's leading IP firms that is now looking to develop its patents team further and has an open vacancy for a Patent Paralegal to join its growing team. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseloads and client base, file management and file distribution, liaising information across to the fee earners whilst delegating work to the secretarial team. You will also have the chance to work across a variety of sectors and interact with colleagues across the firm’s offices. This role would suit you if you are an experienced patent paralegal and you’re looking for a role that can offer autonomy and room to grow.

Responsibilities
- Acting as the key point of contact for your clients
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
- Management of case-related activity
- Delegating work to team members
- Providing admin support to clients and fee earners
- Supervision of Secretaries and Administrators
- Ideally CIPA or IPAC qualified
- Knowledge of patent procedures in international, national and European jurisdictions
- Extremely organised and professional
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
