Real Estate Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fantastic and experienced Partner, Consultant, or Solicitor to join a brand new Consultancy platform, with no exclusivity clauses.

You will be joining a brand new and fully backed company, that boasts an excellent on-boarding process, with full business and marketing support, as well as state-of-the-art case management system, and ongoing training and development. 

With a large network of offices across the UK, you will also benefit from working where you want, when you want.

Role Overview:

• Excellent Remuneration package on a fee-sharing basis
• Operational exposure to the business
• Can work alongside your existing consultancy arrangements
• Managing own clients and caseload, whilst being fully supported by a fantastic team
• Referring work where required/needed
• Liaising with other departments as required and taking own referrals
• Networking and continuing building your client base
• Taking an active role within the business, and managing your own team
•  Fully flexible work schedule 

Person Specification:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 7+ years PQE within a Real Estate practice
• Strong Following
• Proven Billings
• Driven and Professional
•  Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Business Development
