My client, a well-respected law firm based in St Helens, Merseyside are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an established Residential Conveyancing Department.
On a day to day basis this role will consist of working on your own case load from inception to completion, dealing with the sale and purchase of residential matters. You will handle a caseload of mainly high-street conveyancing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Residential Conveyancer. Salary is very competitive.
