This rare contentious opportunity would see you join a highly experienced team, covering a full range of B2C and B2B matters, from pre-action to final hearing, with zero time recording and a strong level of flexible working.

The business is keen to hear from any lawyer with a good grasp of the CPR who has completed a seat in, or specialises in, commercial litigation matters - especially anyone who is familiar with consumer litigation. There is also the potential to pick up work with the Commercial team on non-contentious matters, making this a superb opportunity should you see your long term career in-house.
