THE ROLE

Within a highly respected team which has advised on award winning PPP and infrastructure projects known for its expertise in Energy, Project Finance and PFI .

The team advises on PPPs, PFIs, project finance, construction & engineering and commercial transactions across the following sectors:

* Waste/Resource Management and Energy from Waste
* Net Zero, Energy and Renewables
* Infrastructure

ABOUT YOU

A senior lawyer 6pqe+ is sought to :

-support on the delivery of market leading PFI/PPP projects, including advising the procuring local authorities, or a bidder, sub-contractor, or investor during the procurement process

-provide contract management advice through the construction and operational periods of signed PFI/PPP projects, including on complex contract variations, asset management, refinancing, changes in law, expiry and handback issues

-advise on commercial contracts across the broader infrastructure and energy sectors

In light of the ambition and potential growth plans for this team, for the right candidate and with a business case, there is the prospect of progression to Partner.

Candidates from a range of backgrounds and experience will be considered, including lawyers with projects, construction, FM, investor or finance expertise without direct experience of the team's specific sectors.
