In House Counsel (Structured Finance/Securitisation)

Introduction

Our client, a leading investment bank is looking for a Structured Products and/or Securitisation Lawyer to join their legal team.

The successful candidate will be working alongside the front office business on interesting and complex structuring deals across a variety of asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal support to the front office business on structuring and execution of securitized derivatives across all asset classes;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating associated legal documentation including master agreements, repo documentation;
• Remaining up to date with existing and upcoming regulations which affects the business’ transactions;
• Participation in interesting departmental initiatives
• Liaising with external counsel when required

Key Requirements

• This role will be ideal for an 3PQE+ Securitisation and/ or Structured Finance Lawyer from private practice or a financial services institution
• If from private practice, in-house secondment experience will be desirable not essential
