Leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Asset Finance team in London. The firm represents a wide range of clients, spanning from operators, lessors, and lessees, to governments and ECAs by advising them on complex financing transactions across a full spectrum of asset sectors, including shipping, aviation, and rail.
Requirements:
- Between one and three years of experience post qualification within the Asset Finance team of a City, or leading regional, law firm
- Experience working on operating and finance leases, portfolio sales, capital markets financings, securitisations, and PDP financing
- Exposure to a variety of asset classes, including aviation, rail, and shipping
- Strong academic background
