Agricultural Property Associate Solicitor – Woking – £55,000 - £66,000
Exciting opportunity to join a well-respected Legal 100 law firm based in Woking, Surrey and advise businesses in the agricultural sector in this successful team.
My client provides advice to farmers, landlords and tenants of agricultural land, and businesses in the agricultural sector.
They act for owners of landed estates providing advice on matters such as property issues, trusts, tax, and succession planning. They also specialise in land, farm, and country transactions, as well as rural asset management for Landed Estates and secured agricultural lending work.
You should have at least 4+ years' experience within agriculture/farming property law and understand the issues affecting farming businesses.
My client offers hybrid working for all staff.
Excellent salary and benefits package available, commensurate with a Legal 100 regional firm.
