Senior Legal Counsel - Fixed Term Contract

Our client is looking for an In-house Senior Legal Counsel to come in for a 9 - 12 month fixed term contract. A candidate with a background with skills and experience in company commercial and commercial contract law is required. You will support a diverse and significant business and your workload is likely to be varied.
  Based in Camberley, Surrey the client does offer hybrid working with the flexibility to work in the office one day a week.
  The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential
• Be able to assist and help the department on a wide range of other legal matters
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
• Need to show that you can work self-sufficiently, can hit the ground running and stand on your own two feet.

Our client envisages that candidates with 4+ years PQE plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
