The Role:

• This is an exclusive opportunity for a Banking & Finance Legal Director to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a personable individual, keen to collaborate with Partners and senior lawyers on a range of complex banking & finance transactions for a range of financial institutions, funds and corporate clients, both nationally and internationally
• You will manage a diverse caseload, including corporate lending, general banking, leveraged and structured finance, real estate and project finance, energy and structured asset finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, debt loan transactions and restructuring work
• As a Legal Director, you will also drive the development of the department, supporting the junior members of the Banking team, with investment from the firm to progress on a clear route to partnership
• The department are succession planning and keen to find their next generation of senior lawyers, making you an integral part of the growth plan

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
