Leading home counties firm has a new opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor.

Their highly rated commercial property team handles the whole range of commercial and development property work including acquisitions, re-gears, lettings, financings, management issues and sales. The team regularly collaborates with the firm's top tier environment team, acting for clients in the mining and minerals sector on complex transactions including mineral extraction leases. The firm is also known for its expertise in the leisure and retail sectors, as well as acting for developers and landowners.

The team is seeking an additional solicitor or associate to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen and a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice.
