Your Role at Moore Barlow

 

We’re really going places and have ambitious plans, but we can’t do it without great people! As a result, we are looking for a Senior Private Client Lawyer to join our experienced team of Private Wealth Lawyers. 

 

We offer a flexible working approach of combining office and home working (hybrid).  This role will initially be split between our Richmond and Woking offices, after which you will be based in Richmond only.

 

In your new role you will you experience a wide ranging and diverse workload, interact with wealthy and sophisticated clients and work with nationally recognised Lawyers.  

 

Work will include taking instructions and preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, lifetime and succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning, creation, administration and winding up of trusts and the administration of estates including domestic and international estates.

 

 

 

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone who is open, flexible, forward-thinking, exceptionally personable and shares our passion and commitment to client service. Someone with strong business acumen who can maintain and strengthen existing client and professional relationships and assist in business development and marketing.  People management skills will be needed too.

Other key requirements include:

 

  • Private client experience and HNW clients Ideally STEPS Lives a good commutable distance from both Richmond and Woking offices
