We have a great opportunity for a Private Client Locum Solicitor to join a friendly firm in London, to start ASAP for 2-3 months + in duration.
The opportunity
Our client, a long established, friendly firm based in London, is seeking a Locum Private Client Solicitor to support the Partner in the team with an increase in workload. The firm require somebody to join them immediately for 2-3 months + in duration.
This can be a full time or part time contract, and the firm are able to offer flexibility on the hours that the Locum chooses to work. This role can be carried out remotely, although the firm would ask for office presence as and when required.
Responsibilities
The Locum would be responsible for a busy private client caseload, to include the following:
- Estates
- Trusts
- Wills
- Powers of attorney
- Court of Protection work
- Complex probate matters with an international element
