HR Consultant - Legal Practice

Bristol

We are delighted to be assisting this highly ranked legal practice in their recruitment for an HR Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Employment lawyer looking to move into HR to join a very successful organisation based centrally in Bristol.

You will be working on complex workplace investigations into grievance, disciplinary issues, whistleblowing complaints and parental complaints. The team work on a range of HR projects, and providing panel support for clients with disciplinary, grievance or appeal issues. You will also be providing training for clients, assisting with their consultation processes and supporting the wider work of the team.

Please only apply if you are able to show previous HR Manager or Business Partner experience within a law firm or professional services/accounting body. You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience and be part or full CIPD qualified. Please also apply if you an employment law lawyer (solicitor/legal executive) and would like to move into a HR position.
