Senior Corporate solicitor - Manchester - this role could be remote

This specialist corporate tax firm are looking for a senior Corporate Lawyer to join their highly rated team. This role can be fully remote!

The Firm
- Boutique firm, established by ex top tier/city centre corporate tax lawyers
- Tier 2 corporate tax ranked team in the Legal 500
- Manchester City Centre office

The Corporate opportunity:
- Senior Corporate Lawyer
- On the corporate side, a lot of the work they do is advisory work; implementing particular structures, transfer assets, setting up family investment company, transferring business, shareholder agreements, implementing structures.
-It's not M & A work so there are no third parties involved so this role really suits someone who wants to retain a good work/ life balance.
-You can map out the timeframe with the client and control the pace. There is a rich stream of corporate work so there is no BD required.
- You will have the opportunity to work completely from home or alternatively you could work in the Manchester office.

The Corporate candidate:
- Senior Associate - Partner
- Experienced working in a regional,national or international firm
- Excellent relationship and client handling skills
- Entrepreneurial
- Self motivated
