Commercial Property Solicitor

LHH recruitment solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor of 1-5 years PQE to join an established and successful legal 500 firm in Kent. Offering flexible working between home and office available.

Experience of dealing with commercial property or a mixture of commercial and residential experience, you will be dealing with commercial property sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, licences, guarantees and legal charges etc.
