A reputable National Law firm are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head their established team in their Liverpool offices.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Solicitor accustomed to dealing with a varied caseload of Commercial property matters. Any previous experience in heading a department or supervising a team would be an advantage.

Your role will involve managing the operation and development of the property department. You will oversee and provide support to fee earners in the team as well as handle your own caseload.  

Also you'll deal with compliance, budgeting and quality control.
