A historic London firm is looking to add an experienced associate into their leading rural property practice. Work will cover a broad range of rural and agricultural property matters including sale and purchase, landlord and tenant, obtaining securities, rights of way and easements, and complex matters such as mineral leases, solar and renewable energy opportunities, and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will undertake innovative and complex rural property work in one of the most highly directory ranked teams in the country.
Experience in an established property team will be essential for this role. Candidates with a common law qualification overseas (Australia, New Zealand) will be considered for this role.
