Expansion at the London branch of this well-known high street bank has led to the need for an additional lawyer to join the corporate and investment banking legal team. With a high volume of new deals coming through, you will support on project, acquisition and structured finance as well as regulatory work within the product and wider lending and regulatory projects. As part of a small friendly team, you will enjoy a broader range of work than available at other bank with the opportunity to get involved in different projects. You will work with your global colleagues, not just on London based work.
We are looking for someone very familiar with the LMA, ideally from a top law firm with good training. This is a mid-senior level role around 4 years' PQE plus. It would suit someone who is happy to jump in and not frightened of trying something new.
