NQ-5PQE | Real Estate Solicitor to Associate | Commercial Property and Development | Milton Keynes
The Firm
A national firm full-service UK law firm are seeking solicitors and associates to join their expanding real estate team in Milton Keynes.
This is an exciting time to join a passionate group of people, responsible for driving the business unit forward.
The Team
Work as part of a high-performing, friendly team providing assistance on all aspects of Real Estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, development work and landlord and tenant matters.
The team has a diverse mix of real estate lawyers who are specialists in sectors ranging from Investment and Development through to Healthcare and Education.
Their non-hierarchical approach within both the office and on transactions means their lawyers are client facing, empowered and given the opportunity to flourish within multi-disciplinary and supportive teams.
The Roles
You'll work with the wider Real Estate team on large complex deals, build up your own caseload and help the team to deliver a fantastic service to clients.
These roles are new, therefore it is an exciting and unique opportunity to shape the scope of the role. Initially, you will work with the wider team on a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters.
You will have the opportunity to build your own internal and external relationships and as part of a national firm, there will be opportunities to collaborate with other offices on real estate projects.
The successful candidate will:
· be NQ to 5 PQE (if NQ you'll need a seat in real estate)
· a desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations
· excellent communication skills
· a high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
· excellent organisational and prioritising skills
