A claimant personal injury lawyer is sough to join this leading national practice to manage an existing caseload and to work within a supportive team environment. This is an opportunity to join a well-established and successful law firm . On offer is excellent career progression and flexible working patterns. Ideally you will have a least three years PQE and will have a strong background in handling all personal injury claimant matters. The role will be based in Bristol and hybrid working is also on offer.

The Role

•  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team and progress their career. The appointed candidate will be responsible for their own varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters to include, but not limited to, RTA, EL, PL, OL criminal injuries and dog bite claims. The successful Personal Injury Lawyer will be expected to run their caseload under minimal supervision from initial instruction up to and including trial.

The Candidate

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 3 years’ experience of handling their own broad caseload of Personal Injury cases. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential in order to be successful in this role along with the willingness and ability to lead by example and share knowledge amongst the wider department.
