A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Senior Solicitor/Legal Director to join a Top 200 firms highly regarded Real Estate team at their office in Liverpool! Offering genuine routes towards Partnership, a salary of at least £60,000 and fantastic hybrid working opportunities, this role is perfect for Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE!

The role will see you responsible for:

• Managing your own caseload including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending transactions and general corporate and commercial support for clients
• Handle all matters independently for a range of clients, ranging from SMEs, national and multi-national businesses and large scale property developers, and ensure good relationships are built with all of them
• Working with Partners to help bring in new clients, ensure the department's business plan is delivered and run specific projects on behalf of the department
• Act as a mentor to junior members of staff and ensure that they are confident and comfortable in their role, whilst also working as a supervisor as the department continues to grow.

Ideally you will be an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property. You will have experience in dealing with a wide range of Commercial Property matters with a variety of clients, and be comfortable in dealing with high-valued cases independently from start to finish. Whilst it isn't essential to have experience in a big city or regional firm it is an advantage.
