Description

Key responsibilities of a Senior CDD and Conflicts Analyst:

• Acting as the first point of call for conflicts of interest and anti-money laundering enquiries for new clients and matters
• Researching, analysing and conducting CDD (Client Due Diligence) and conflict checks for all new and existing clients and client matters across the Firm
• Acting as a point of contact for other teams and departments for conflict related queries
• Conduct checks on Anti-Money Laundering documentation
• Conduct searches, analysis and risk assessments related to AML
• Act as a point of escalation for junior members of the team offering training support and guidance

Profile

The successful candidate will have genuine desire in developing a career in risk and compliance. They will also have a sound, robust knowledge in researching, analysing and providing tailored solutions to conflicts of interest. Ideally, they will have at least 3 years' experience of handling completing conflict searches and ideally AML enquiries too, in a legal environment.
