Senior Counsel - Corporate M&A - Midlands/Southern England

Our client is a high profile manufacturer directly connected to the renewables sector. They are highly successful and experiencing a rapid expansion in both business and personnel.

As part of that expansion, the legal team is interested in hiring a corporate M&A specialist to join their legal team.

You will work closely with the General Counsel and other senior legal staff and would be part of the team negotiating key M&A and JV terms.

Not only is the role interesting and challenging, giving the opportunity to work on some excellent legal work, but the company offers the opportunity for career progression and advancement.

Applicants must be UK qualified and have at least four years' PQE in corporate M&A law. They must have gained that experience in leading international law firms.

Remuneration: £90K - £100K + bonus and other benefits
